Presidents Message
As president of the Congregation of the Infant Jesus I welcome you to our website and invite you to Come and See us.
Our website opens to you the life of our Sisters, participation of our Associates and a brief introduction to our history. It is for us, Sisters of this Congregation, a great opportunity to share dimensions of our life, which are key to us and our mission.
Incarnational Spirituality or imaging and continuing the life of Jesus is the focus of our contemplative prayer. It is our privilege to mirror Jesus in a healing ministry. We do this through administration, health care, chaplaincy in hospitals and homes, social service, pastoral work in parish and catholic charities, hospice work, spiritual direction and a variety of volunteer works. We believe this to be important in each stage of our life, in communion with each other, our associates and our colleagues.
It is our deepest desire to continue this mission. As we approach our centennial anniversary in 2005 in America, we are looking forward to opening our doors wider. We are beginning to explore new ways of connecting with the people of God in community. United with a core group of perpetually committed sisters, we are open to other forms of full time or part time commitment. Does anything strike you as a way to deepen and share our life? Please contact us by e-mail letter or phone. I would be happy to respond to any questions of interest or information
Enjoy your journey through our website. Be assured of our continued prayers and hopes that in someway we will all continue to incarnate Jesus in todays world.
